Good morning everybody! Just wanted to let everyone know I haven’t forgotten about you, been dealing with some personal issues but I didn’t stop working. Down 35 pounds and dropping! That’s what is up! I started meal prepping yesterday after a good sixty minutes of shoulders and back, and thirty minutes in the pool doing laps. Meal prep is the easiest way to keep eating on the right path. You cook all your meals for the next day the day prior. Easy right! Pop it in the microwave and go. So far the hardest part is the desire to eat junk. It only been one day and I want a Snickers bar super bad!. I’ll hold strong though.
Remember the little old lady that was kicking my butt in the swimming pool? I caught her cheating! Flippers and hand aids, I knew she had to be on performance enhancers. 🙂 I was able to keep up with her yesterday, maybe next week I can smoke her. That’s right, I am gunning for you little sweet old lady.
